The Blossom app provides an easy and proven way to start and sustain a meditation practice to restore calm and peace in your life. The app helps you improve your attention, awareness, and attitude through guided meditation modules with soothing nature sounds. It has many supporting features including reflection through journaling, and building habits through commitment. The suggested prompts in the journal help you to reflect on your meditation experience and describe your mood. Building a habit is hard, the app provides you with the tools to make a commitment to yourself (eg After I take a bath, I will meditate for 10 mins, remind me at 9am) and will notify you about your commitment at the specified time. The meditations are organized as modules offering a buffet of science and evidence based practices for leading a meaningful life. You can master the art of meditation by going on a 21-day guided journey. Each day you will hear an introduction to the science of why it helps, a guided meditation of how to practice, and tips and suggestions to enhance your practice and what benefits you can see in your mind, body, and spirit.
