Since the incorporation of the company, we realize that the learning methodology of the learning industry is still conventional. Most of the training program conducted by our clients are more towards “1 way traffic” where transfer of knowledge are from the trainer to the participants. The conventional learning methodology such as role play & case studies are too common in the training industry that participants deemed them as boring.
