App Store Description

Want to write your own Les confessions?
iDary can let you record everything your ideas your feeling during the day all in one place, and arrange your notes orderly with time.

iDary is a diary with minute precision timeline.
All users’ diary data is backed up with users’ own iCloud Space.

The struct of iDary is combined with timeblock and timeline.

**Timeblock

Each timeblocks’ length is related to its time interval. So when you scrolling through your diary it’s easy to tell which part of your day take longer time than others.

For sleep is always taking a long time, instead of having a regular and long and record-less timeblock, iDary have a nice sleep block to present it.

Each time block has its own color. It will remind you how many different parts happen through your day. Like what was in your mind when you wake up in a breezy morning, and how happy you feel when you meet a nice friend during lunch.

Timeblock have random colors by default. Things that random is magical. Just like watching varied fibers of different paper, random things give us visual memory to it. So if you take notes in iDary, then when you trying to recall a thing happened many days ago, you will find that the first thing came up in your mind is how it looks like of that timeblock. —Maybe it’s a nice blue square : )

**TIMELINE

Timeline is a very useful concept.
After you complete a task, you can immediately tell how long time does it take from your Timeline.

If you don’t use timeline to record your day, you probably would start do your diary after the night fall.
And you would be very tired and it’s never a good experience to digging out what you did 9 hours ago. In addition to there are many unnecessary redundant things you don’t want to recall at all. You are more appealing to have some fun, listen some music instead of spending an hour doing a diary.

But if you record everything in time, you won’t forget about your day. You won’t be spending too much time on some unnecessary things that you were attracted and didn’t realize of it. You will have conscious of things just happened. It would be easier for you to make a new Next Hour Plan for yourself.

What’s more, the Timeline also can gives you the reasons why you didn’t complete to-dos you’ve planned this morning. You can tell it from the Timeline when the time you were supposed to do your work but for what happened and then actually takes you and your time away.

And now when the night fall and you are thinking about things you did during the day. It’s just a satisfying way to lie down and scrolling through diary to just see and feel how everything take place in a beautiful day.

**At the END:

What we do everyday is actually unpredictable.

We have dreams. Everyday we try to make them real. We following plan step by step. And we also adjust our strategies according to the things we encountered everyday.

And we love adventure. We love to explore new area. So we are always vulnerable to be attracted by things that “unrelated” to our dreams. But it's good, it's where good ideas come from.

My advice is Attempting Deep Work, Surviving Long Projects.
