IMS Trackr

The Trackr app allows you to easily stay up to date and store all your tracking essentials. It helps you track your calendar events, expenses, mileage, and gives you the opportunity to send referrals. Its easy to use user interface allows you to track your small business activities so that you do not have to do it manually and worry where they are located especially during tax season.

• Use machine learning receipt scanning to easily auto-populate the fields from a scanned receipt. As you keep scanning, the app will learn which fields are necessary and will make scanning faster. By scanning your receipt, it’ll auto calculate how much you spend and keep you organized with the reports. During tax time, you will have access to all your expenses for an easier tax meeting
• Track your mileage by manually inputting your mileage or use the smart GPS feature to automatically count your miles as you are driving. After submitting your miles, the application will automatically create an event in its calendar so you will always know what miles were driven in any day. It will conveniently store your January and December odometer reading so you will be able to accurately track your miles each year
• Easily submit referrals so that our IMS agents can reach out to your friends and family. The referral module allows you to submit contact information of your referral and stay on track on who you referred. You will be able to see the status of each referral and see what part of the process they are in
