We connect patients to their doctors, medical history and their peers all in one convenient location. Detailed medication tracking allows patients to not only stay on top of their medication intake, but also understand the relationship between their intake consistency and greater health trends. InCharge Health also provides educational content to best equip patients with the knowledge they need to take charge of their own healthcare journey. If and when a pain crises occurs, InCharge Health has a convenient, digital Medical ID card which displays all critical information that may be difficult to access in such a situation.
