InCheck - Hotel Guest Check In

This check-in app is suitable for hotels, hostels, guesthouses, B&B's, resorts, home stays, camp sites of any size in any country! Create a new, faster, paperless check in experience for your guests whilst making it easier for you to capture, manage, read, filter, sort, save & share guest data. InCheck is totally offline! 100% safe - no information is synced online, everything is saved securely on the device.

Check In
- Collect important guest information.
- Collect important details about your guests stay.
- Take a photo of their passports (up to 6 passports per reservation, can be disabled if irrelevant).
- Add notes to the booking at anytime.
- Populated list of all countries, linked to nationalities.
- Check-In/Check-Out dates in an easy to use date picker.
- The Check-In sheet and data is saved to the app securely offline. You can also send the data via email (multiple email addresses if you wish) and/or save to photo library (optional, can be configured in settings).
- Agree to T&C's (optional, only if you've set this up in settings).

Arrivals
- Preload a Check In sheet with the guest information you have available so far; this makes checking in a very quick and easy process.
- Easily see the remaining arrivals and their details.
- Todays arrivals are highlighted in bold.
- Easily see all, today and tomorrows check-ins.
- Secure guest data with a passcode (optional).

History
- See the check-in details of all guests.
- Filter by name, check-in/check-out date, nationality, country, board and room number.
- Sort by name, check-in/check-out date.
- Easily see who is actively staying or who has checked out.
- If the guest has provided their email, you can email them right from the app.
- Export all data, filtered data or an individual check in, into a CSV or email.
- Todays checkouts are highlighted in bold.
- Edit the reservation after check-in.
- Easily see all, today and tomorrow's check-outs.
- Secure guest data with a passcode (optional).

InCheck only works in Landscape mode to provide the best, full screen experience. Customer Support available.
