INCIDIO application is created for registering safety incidents, creating and managing the safety reports and photo documentation. Application also allows to fill company surveys like LMRA - Last Minute Risk Assessment: if any question fails, an incident is created and respondent supervisor is notified.
User can obtain an account by direct registration in INCIDIO mobile application.
The application is for internal and external distribution within the User’s company so as for multiple target clients’ companies related to incidents management and documentation of Safety reports and LMRA. A registration code has to be provided during registration for certain company tenant assignment.
