What is it about?

The InCompass Field Management application provides a secure digital community, facilitating real-time communication, reporting and collaboration between office and remote field teams, executing installation projects. Now every aspect of your project, from sharing documents, to generating reports, to sending photos/videos, can be managed via WEB and Mobile Device, through one application and shared with all project team members, regardless of their location. (1) Project Portfolio: provides easy access to all contacts, Project Scope Descriptions, alerts and file attachments associated with the project. Easily phone or email contacts, directly from your IOS device, without leaving the application (2) Event Templates: Detailed checklists, configured for specific events, guide field teams in the execution of their work, Information from Site Assessments, Installations and Punchlist Closeouts is catalogued, in a consistent, thorough format (3) Photo Library curates all your photos in a convenient Library. The application names your photos, as they are generated within the application, then organizes them by event. Locating the exact photos you need for viewing or download, is quick and easy. (4) Report Library: Checkists and photos are formatted into easy-to-read digital reports. Reports are organized by event, for easy viewing. (5) Requires iPad Device supporting IOS 13 or higher.
