InfoSAGE™ is a web-based application to facilitate information search and retrieval, communication, medication support, and task management - all built around an aging adult (called a keystone) and their family.
Researchers at Harvard Medical School, through a federal grant, conceived and developed InfoSAGE to help with care coordination for families. This project involves studying the information needs of elders and their adult children who are partaking in their care. Many families experience challenges in coordinating their care. The InfoSAGE™ website (www.infosagehealth.org) helps family and friends coordinate the tasks to care for a loved elder and helps families stay connected using various communication tools.
This app has been developed as a mobile version for the existing web application. InfoSAGE mobile app contains all of the core features of the website including a messaging interface, task-management, task scheduling and medication management. To sign-up for InfoSAGE, go to https://www.infosagehealth.org.
