InfoStream

InfoStream takes client-hotel communication to the next level, by bringing hotel services at the client’s fingertips.

Using the platform whilst booked at a partner hotel, you can get easy realtime access to the following services (if available):
• Possibility to get real-time notifications from the hotel of events happening whilst booked there.
• Restaurant & Bar menu and online ordering.
• Explore hotel facilities (like Pool, Spa, Trips, Rentals, etc) and book online.
• Enjoy room services (like Fast Checkout, Taxi Call, Airport Shuttle, Tour Guide, etc) and also make requests online.
• See the hotel’s map and directions on how to get around in big resorts.
• Track everything you’ve booked or ordered with realtime confirmation from hotel staff.

InfoStream offers a full suite of services for the hotel client to benefit from, no longer use the laggy (and limited) TV info systems, several paper brochures from the table or have to call reception for every single request. With InfoStream everything is simple and intuitive and you can access it either using the app, or online (from any device) at www.infostream.ro

Using the application is really simple:
1. Create a one-time account on the InfoStream platform under a minute.
2. You receive a check-in code from the hotel reception when you check in at a partner hotel.
3. Insert this code into the “Check-In” menu item after you’re logged in.
4. You are now logged into the hotel you are currently at and can enjoy all of their services.

InfoStream is only available at partner hotels (which are on the InfoStream platform). Available features and services are also dependent on what the hotel offers to their clients and what they agree to offer through the InfoStream platform.

We are an open platform, and any hotel can join our network, so feel free to request hotel management to contact us if you want to enjoy InfoStream at a hotel that doesn’t already have it.
