Focused on high performance culture and mindset skill development, inmind includes digital coaching from Olympians and psychologists to help you along your journey through self-discovery and training your mind to be the best you can be. There are some new features which include a sound clip radio feature to hear from high performers on mindset, games to test your brain and knowledge in mindset skills, as well as mindset training challenges that you can share with your coach and receive feedback.
