After using ChancesR®, our cloud-based enterprise risk management software, to create the organization’s business continuity plan (BCP), each authorized user can use this mobile app:
• "Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease
battery life."
• To activate the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP).
• To describe hazards and exact location of the affected area.
• To track the status of each member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• To provide each member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) with their roles and responsibilities.
• To provide each authorized user with instructions of how to respond to an emergency.
• To provide the coordinators of organization’s critical functions with instructions how to implement the recovery plan.
