Inspector ®

'Inspector ®', is an application written for the Australian market for use with iPhone and the iPad. It makes the task of property management inspections easy. Designed in conjunction with Property Managers over several years and refined to be the most time efficient system on the market completing the legislated and other custom forms. Simplifies this labour intense job with advance dictionary, like not other. With 'Inspector ®' you can dramatically decrease the time it takes to carry out property inspections and the system can run standalone and does not require web access.

This application is built to deliver speedy data input, intuitive interface and provides a full range of suggested comments, sentences or words for Rooms and Room Items which requiring almost no typing!

It can be customised or use the complete industry smart dictionary which knows the most common words for rooms and room items. Simple and easy to use.

You can download the 'Inspector ®' and once completed simply upload the inspection to InspectionHUB which has your agency's own secure section with users and there devices and your properties. You can further edit and print/email your fully compliant report. The finished inspection and its data can be used as a template to import the date for subsequent inspections.

You can have multiple users with their device in your agency. Properties are created on the site with email options for the PDF report.

We are currently working on a major update widely expanding the available features for mobile applications and website and report options.
