Take food pics - balance your food! Instafood recognizes the dish and determines its calorie content, as well as the number of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
Intuitively, without experience, it is extremely difficult(impossible) to be sure that you are eating healthy: you get the right amount of protein and do not overdo it with fats. Calorie calculators are time consuming, and after a couple of weeks, and sometimes days, it becomes rather boring to enter product names and specify the weight manually.
We offer Instafood which allows you to spend only 2 minutes a day to take food photos (to understand how much you eat)! Just shoot the dish and click "Confirm". Done!
Instafood organizes your meals by day and tells you what’s missed, and what is better to cut down. Breakfast came out loose - it doesn't matter: add a little protein to lunch; julienne was too fat for lunch? For dinner, it is better to have a salad. You will always know what direction to move, and as a result, eat healthier.
