As installers, you’ll often juggle several projects at the same time; with the EWI Pro Installer Portal, you can track your orders with our primary supplier (EWI Store), certification for systems, and the progress of your warranty applications. Better still, the EWI Pro Technical Team is always in the palm of your hand, with a live chat available to assist you with any questions.
My projects - Add projects, and check the details of your ongoing and past projects by filtering or just searching with the postcode. Each project has a dedicated, cloud-stored page that remains available for access anytime. Projects are listed based on the dates, allowing you to track your progress easily. The My Projects page also allows you to submit photo documentation of your progress, either directly from your camera or from your photo album. The photo documentation can be reviewed by the EWI Pro Technical Team, and your project warranty is then granted and uploaded directly to the project page. From there, you can download a copy for your customer at any time.
Documents - This page houses individual project warranties as well as various documentation like project specifications. You will also be able to access and download various product data sheets, repair guides, and maintenance manuals.
Chat - Message our Technical Team whilst you’re on-site or anywhere else during working hours. They will always be able to assist you with any technical issues you may encounter. The Technical Team can also provide guidance for photo documentation to ensure that the warranty process is followed correctly.
My profile - Your profile page stores all the details of your ongoing and archived projects. You can also check your outstanding balances with our chief supplier, EWI Store, and your spent and remaining credit balance.
