It has been conceived to maximize the attention you can obtain from the right people, and get the best out of your resume to land that dream job you are looking for.

We all know that Employers and Recruiters have so little time to go over your resume, so optimization of the information is critical to accomplish the best results. The following are the functionalities we have to offer:

1. There will be a predefined group of templates available, with simple and elegant designs. We should keep in mind that we do not want an Employer or Recruiter to get lost looking for vital information in a resume too fancy. Additionally, it should not be necessary to impress anyone with the design of your resume, unless you are a designer, in which case you should not use a predefined template. 

2. Sections inside each template could be manipulated, that is they could be added, removed or rearranged. A quick tip for just graduated would be to give priority - arrange on top - to the Education section. On the other hand, there are sections that may be or not relevant to you. That is why you should be very careful selecting the sections on your resume. 

3. Several profiles may be created. When you are applying for certain position, we advise you to use a specific profile. For instance, a Software Developer specialized in Mobile Applications applying for a job which focuses on iOS Apps, should obviously make more emphasis on his/her skills on that platform against others. This could happen also with many other examples, such as: Teacher, Lawyers, Nurse, Doctor, Plant, Zombie, etc.
