It’s a great amalgamation of simple user interface design and exciting features.
Dakshata InstiServ has the following features that help institutes in their operations and brand building.
1. Manage Locations: Operate multiple locations/franchisees and track location performance in terms of sales and expense. Shuffle staff between locations.
2. Manage Classes: Schedule a class, distribute students between classes. Assign an alternate staff for a class to make sure the class is not left unattended by staff in case the primary staff is on leave.
3. Attendance: Track student attendance and inform parents instantly about child absence. You will also have the flexibility to review the history of attendance of a student for each session/class.
4. Manage Staff: Monitor staff availability. Staff will have the ability to login to the app and view the assigned classes, appointments, capture attendance, and request for leaves.
5. Fees: Send auto-reminders to parents enabling you to get paid on or before the due date. Go paperless and send payment receipts to parents.
6. Online Payments: No limitation of time and location, get paid throughout the day from anywhere. No added delays, settle payments directly from the payment gateway.
7. Expenses: Track and control unnecessary expenses with visibility on where the income is spent.
8. Leaves: Be informed on the staff leave plans, approve or decline the leaves with all the knowledge of the impacted classes or appointments and cover with alternate staff.
9. Holidays: Inform parents ahead of time on holidays or about the institute's non-operational days. Avoid any last-minute surprises, helping parents plan the holiday well.
10. Communication: Streamline communication by Informing parents on class cancellation/reschedule, Ad-hoc class, payment dues, appointments, and student attendance.
