Your Interior Life app is an oasis from the busyness, distractions, and anxieties of the world. The Interior Life app provides an easy‐to‐use environment where you can “go to your inner room” and bring yourself into the presence of God.

God has a plan for us to grow in holiness, become fully ourselves, and experience true happiness in this life and spend eternity with Him in Heaven. Christian meditation is an important part of how we speak with God, and listen to Him, so that we can confidently follow His plan for our lives.

Christian meditation is part of the ancient spiritual and mystical tradition of the Church. In fact, we are all called to be mystics – to enter into the great mysteries of God and our place in His creation.

Your Interior Life app provides a number of ways to help you grow your interior life:

1. PrayerTime – a prayer screen that let’s you select from many different types of meditation including Gospel reflections based on the teachings of the great spiritual masters, Lectio Divina, guided meditations to address specific situations like worry, loss and discernment, and the Rosary. Meditations can be set to user‐selectable times ranging from 5 minutes to an hour and with a number of relaxing background sounds.
2. Retreats – the app includes the flagship “30 Days to Christian Meditation Retreat.” This is a virtual retreat that teaches you everything you need to know about Christian mysticism so that you can confidently advance along a lifetime of Christian meditation. Additional virtual retreats (spanning 3 to 8 days) will be regularly added on a range of topics to help you navigate life and become fully who you were created to be.
3. Inspiring Songs – original music that is crafted to help you enter into meditation or simply relax and separate from the noise of the world. It’s your own personal soundtrack for your interior life.
4. Blog and Podcast – regularly updated posts and videos to provide you with ongoing spiritual growth based on the timeless teachings of the great Saints, Doctors of the Church and spiritual masters.

Interior Life is authentically Catholic. It is also a spiritual oasis to everyone – wherever you are on the spectrum of faith – because it is founded on the example and teaching of Christ who came “so that everyone who believes in Me might not remain in darkness.” Interior Life will guide you through spiritual growth, tapping into the ancient traditions of the Church and her great mystics (such as the Desert Fathers and the Carmelites).
