Inspired by the incredible community that has grown out of our Sessions for music students and Retreats for professional musicians, this app offers dozens of detailed, accessible videos that provide pre-rehearsal moves, stretches that target specific body parts (lower back relief after a long rehearsal, anyone!?), warm-ups on different instruments, and breathing exercises to calm even the jitteriest performer.
Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary — come as you are and enjoy the journey of piecing together your favorite videos to create a routine that allows you to breathe with music, flow with movement, and live with mindfulness.
