Interval HIIT Timer is a fantastic stopwatch which you can customize the time of your HIIT training: choose how many intervals you want to work, the interval time, the rest time and WORK IT!

Control the intervals of your training session with this "timer".

How does it work:

Select intervals and adjust your time and rest time by clicking on the + and - buttons.

You can also choose to warm up before HIIT training: simply select it, activate your box and set the desired time.

When you have selected everything, you can click on the "Play" button to start your exercises / training,

When you press "Play", you will see a screen with the text "READY?" and a 5-seconds countdown to prepare, right after our first session begins.

Depending on the intervals we have selected, the intervals and rest screens will alternate until the HIIT training ends.

In addition, you can save your sessions easily, entering the name you want to assign to the training session in the text-enabled bar and clicking on one of the 3 diskette images. You have up to 3 slots to save!

Interval HIIT Timer es un fantástico cronómetro con el que podrás personalizar el tiempo de tus sesiones de HIIT: elige la cantidad de intervalos a trabajar, el tiempo de intervalo, el de descanso y a entrenar!.

Controla los intervalos de tu sesión de entrenamiento con este "timer".

Cómo funciona:

Selecciona el número de intervalos y ajusta el tiempo de ellos y el de descanso pulsando sobre los botones + y -.

También puedes elegir hacer un calentamiento previo al entrenamiento HIIT, solo hay que seleccionarlo, activando su casilla, y configurar el tiempo deseado.

Cuando tengas todo seleccionado, puedes darle al botón de "Play" para comenzar tus ejercicios/entrenamiento,

Al pulsar "Play", nos mostrará una pantalla con el texto "READY?" y una cuenta atrás de 5 segundos para que nos preparemos, ¡justo después empezará nuestra primera sesión!.

Dependiendo de los intervalos que hayamos seleccionado, se alternarán las pantallas de intervalos y de descanso correspondientes hasta finalizar el entrenamiento HIIT.

Además, podrás guardar tus sesiones de forma fácil, introduciendo el nombre que le quieres dar a la sesión de entrenamiento en la barra habilitada para texto y clickando en una de las 3 imágenes de disquete. Tienes hasta 3 espacios para guardar!
