Inventory Express iOS app for inventory clerks to enter the information and photographs required to complete inventory and management reports for residential rented properties. Once the information is uploaded to the Inventory Express website a detailed report, including dated, digital photographs is produced.

Inventory

A fully detailed report on the condition of the property at the start of a tenancy and its contents if applicable, including fixtures and fittings, detailing any areas of damage and also the cleanliness of the property. Referenced time and date stamped photographs will be embedded into the report.

Check Out

At the end of the tenancy, compare the condition of the property to that at the start of the tenancy. Any damage or changes in condition and cleanliness can be recorded along with referenced time and date stamped photographs.

Update Inventory

Where a property has had an Inventory undertaken an update will be required for subsequent tenancies. All details previously recorded can simply be updated to reflect the current condition of the property along with new referenced time and date stamped photographs.

Interim Property Visit

Mid Term Inspections at a property that is currently tenanted. Referenced time and date stamped photographs will be imbedded into the report if required.
