Inverted Prism is an Engagement Based Career Exploration Company with a focus on Careers of the Future.We helps students (Grades 6-12) explore and engage with different careers through our International Programs (5-12 days) to US, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan, China etc. Our International and Domestic Programs can be executed On Location or In School, and include Expert Interaction, Workshops & Simulations, and Industry Interface. Our Programs are aligned with the IB and Cambridge Curricula.
Our Programs include workshops and interactions with experts in organisations like CERN, United Nations, Harvard, MIT, NASA, Ferrari, Google, Apple, Broadway Studios, New York Film Academy etc.

Why are we important ?

1. Only 2% of people surveyed claim to be working in the occupation they had planned when they were 18 Years old.

2. Over 60% of workers are not truly engaged in what they do (Towers Perrin / Gallup).

3. 30% of employees feel their strengths would be better suited to another career (School of Life, 2008).

4. 51% of twenty-somethings already regret their career choice and would choose a different path if they could start again (School of Life, 2008).

5. Only 20% of us are happy at work (Roth and Harter, 2010).


Methodology
We employ a 6-part Methodology as part of our Programs to ensure the objectives are defined and the learning outcomes are achieved, recorded and shared with you through a Post Program Assessment Report (PPAR). Our specially designed “Learning Reviews” implemented across our programs ensure that the students are encouraged to ENQUIRE, ENGAGE, RETAIN and APPLY the knowledge gained.

Your Child is safe
We know you care about the safety of your child, and so do we. Our 3 Part Safety Management System ensures that your child is as safe as he/she can be. Our Programs Mentors are certified (by American Safety and Health Institute) as Emergency Responders, we use tracking Apps, and all are Programs are Risk assessed and Emergency Response Plans are in place. Be assured that your child is in safe hands.
