Invitado Leadscanner

Use the Invitado Leadscanner App to keep track of all the visitors, leads and prospects visiting your booth!

If your event is using the Invitado Visitor Management registration system and guests received their badge at the entrance; you can scan their badge (e.g. QR code) to save them as leads or prospects. Add a remark and you’re done; no need for exchanging business cards or writing down names etc. You can export their contact details afterwards.

The App displays the basic guest details, just enter a short description or remark. This App supports a multi-user environment, guests scanned by colleagues are shared across devices. Contact your event manager for login details.
