Welcome to the Institute of Plumbing of South Africa Learner Management System.
On the job training and mentoring of learners can be complex and difficult. The Institute of Plumbing of South Africa (IOPSA) Learner Management System (LMS) is a web-based learner and mentoring resource and management system aimed at helping those through a learning path way. The LMS resource was designed as a consequence of the lack of readily available plumbing mentors and a structure workplace learning pathway for young students that are either in a formal plumbing training pathway or not.
The IOPSA LMS is a customisable online learner management system designed to give you the flexibility of running various training programs and not only links learners and mentors but the learner builds up there work place Portfolio of Evidence.
