Your healthcare provider will benefit from up to date information on the side effects you have been experiencing and will be able to act accordingly to improve the care you are receiving.

To use this app your healthcare provider must be using the iQemo e-prescribing system. You can then follow these simple steps:

1. Create an account (we just need an email address and password of your choice).
2. Link the account to your patient record by scanning a code provided by your healthcare provider in clinic / treatment.

You will also be able to see an up to date list of your treatment appointments.
