For Administrators (Managing Agents, Trustees):

• Track logged service requests and progress on resolution.
• Transparent budget and expenditure management; Trustee approved vendor payments ensuring transparency in community spend.
• Up-to-date levy payments report with immediate payments received report from a leading South African payment gateway. (caters for EFT, Credit card and Debit card payments for major banks in South Africa)
• Visibility of all visitors in the community through secure entry/exit process initiated and approved by residents.(visitor code send straight to the visitor and security to scan upon entry and exit)
• Management can easily keep its community engaged by creating once-off or scheduled notifications, a voting poll or getting their opinion in a discussion forum.
• Bespoke Management tools integrated and standard delivered; full spec accounting system with speciality financial reporting, activity reports for a management meetings or using the boardroom feature to book meetings, publish community related documents and track meeting attendance.
• One on one or one to many communication and chat functionality.
For Residents (Owners, Tenants):
• Residents receives push notifications from management with ease. They can also contact management through the chat function, specifically targeting the correct person within management.
• View general estate information, from rules and regulations to management details.
• Residents are able give their opinions in discussion forums and can vote from the comfort of their home.
• Receive levy bills straight on the app and pay invoice securely on the app.
• Residents can report anything from general maintenance, to security concerns, to general complaints and can include photos in order for management to address problems quickly and conveniently. (Track the resolution of service requests logged)
• Track staff attendance (personal and community staff). Staff presents their Staff-Code which allows security the verify the identity of the staff member to gain entry to the community.
• Visitors management allows residents to invite visitors using their contacts on their phone. The app provides the functionality to send invitations via Email, SMS or WhatsApp. Visitors then provide a PAC ( Personal Access Code) to quickly gain access to the premises
