ISPACE Homes is for people with disabilities who are looking for a home and owners who are interested in leasing their properties to people with disabilities. Registered Home Owners specify details about the property they wish to make available and can search for potential tenants. Once registered, a Resident can specify their home preferences, neighborhood conveniences, details about what they believe an ideal tenant would be, and more. Residents may then search for available properties as well as tenants with similar interests.

The COMMUNITY FOR PERMANENT SUPPORTED HOUSING (CPSH) increases access to affordable housing for people with disabilities and promotes a “Person-Centered Independent Living” approach to housing and service selection. Learn more about CPSH projects and workshops at txcpsh.org.
