And easily add products to customer-specific shopping baskets to directly create customer orders in the backend system.

In order to use the mobile app with your CRM data and product catalog, your IT department needs to set up the app for use with your company specific SAP C/4HANA Sales Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform mobile services tenant. You can test the app without a backend connection with sample data in demo-mode.
