When you are looking at selecting a new service desk tool lots of them can look very similar. This App lets you collect, add notes and compare product feature information. None of the questions are mandatory so if there are features that you don't want just skip the question.

Tip: You can also manually add your existing product and run the questions against this to give you a baseline for comparison against any potential new products.

Disclaimer: We don't cover the features that we know all service desk products will already have instead the App focuses on new exciting functionality that we think will improve productivity and service delivery either now or in the near future. Not everyone will agree with our selections so only use what you like and remember product selection is not just about features, people, processes, companies and visions are part of the selection journey too.
