Italian tales: Nino and the 3 magic gifts

This story was created thanks to my inspiring, creative and captivating grandfather.

When I was a kid, he would take all of us, his grandchildren, into his big bed and tell us traditional Italian tales. Years later, I discovered that these Italian tales were collected by Italo Calvino and published within three books called 'Italian tales'.

This charming, imaginative tale was one of my personal favourites growing up, and I want to make sure that it doesn't get lost over time, so we've decided to share it with you and your kids.
