In addition to being a classic timer it includes the perfect tea-function which calculates how long boiling water shoulf left to cool to the ideal brew temperature*.
* The water cooling calculations are an approximation. They will differ in real life dependent on height and air temperature. The calculations are based on heights up to 1500 metres and air temperature at 20°c.
