iTIVA is a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic simulation application that estimates the plasma concentration of drugs based on mathematical models and simulates the behavior of a TCI (Target Controlled Infusion) pump, calculating an infusion scheme to reach and maintain a set target concentration, either in plasma or effect site.
