It’s highly useful to the students who want to practice for IELTS and TOEFL.
It doesn't do the transcribing for you, but it is essentially a specialised player program which is optimised for the purpose of transcription.
izTranscription allow you to select audio files from your Music application or putting files in the "App Sharing Files", they are available to play.
