James Lowe Realtor

James Lowe is a dedicated Realtor®, committed to helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. Being a licensed Realtor® for seventeen years, James has been engaged in every type of market, and he draws on that knowledge to facilitate a smooth transaction and a successful closing for his clients. He also brings with him the discipline and attention to detail he learned while serving three years in the United States Army as a section chief assigned to a helicopter detachment.  In addition, James is a Cerritos College graduate who majored in real estate and minored in marketing, and he has been enhancing his real estate knowledge and expertise ever since.

His expertise as a respected Realtor® can also be traced to time spent running his own company, Lowe Enterprises, where he applied his management and leadership skills to build a successful business, gained a greater appreciation for the art of listening, became adept at systems development and implementation, and routinely used critical thinking to solve problems and grow the business. Prior to Lowe Enterprises, James was Regional Territory Manager for Sears Contract Sales, where he made use of his negotiating and marketing skills to expand market share and increase sales, year over year.

He has been affiliated with prominent real estate firms, including Walker & Lee, Golden West, Century 21, and has been with First Team Real Estate (the #1 independently owned real estate Company in Southern California 10 years in a row) for the past nine years.

James is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors, and California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). James also volunteers for Sea Coast Grace Church and the Veterans Hospital at Long Beach. He is a financial supporter of First in Our Hearts
