‘JanLabh’ system is designed and developed by doing detailed analysis and study of various Government schemes, numerous sources of citizens’ information, and various Central and State As well as district level Government Resolutions (GRs). Also, references of various Government Departments’ websites are taken into consideration.

Citizens can visit the nearest MKCL Center and register on the 'JanLabh'. According to the personal information or occupation of the citizens, they can choose the scheme's benefits on the 'JanLabh'. Probable eligibility of citizens is verified for all benefits / schemes selected as per preference. Citizens are also given information about where to apply and whom to meet to benefit from the schemes for which citizens are eligible through 'JanLabh' service.

The main goal of ‘JanLabh’ is to collect accurate information of all such schemes and to make available all the information regarding applicable schemes to citizens in a personalized manner, based on the information given by them, in a single click
