a. What is JanSahayak Helpme Mobile App?
Jansahayak Mobile App is an initiative of Government of Haryana to provide a single point of interface to citizens for accessing all Government Services , Emergency Helplines and other information services. It is a bilingual mobile app in both English & Hindi.
b. How do I access the services?
Citizen should download the Jansahayak Mobile App and register himself/ herself by providing details like Name, Mobile number and OTP received on mobile number. After registration, you may choose desired language (Hindi/English). Registered users can access the SARAL services with this Mobile App.
New services include latest Jobs, latest Tenders, Utility Bill Payments, Employee/ Pensioner Services, News, upcoming events, Calendar, Haryana Govt. Directory etc.
