What is it about?
This application allows you to provide patient-specific feedback about your regional anesthesia (nerve block) experience at TJUH. Once you download this app, you will be able to complete a survey on your mobile phone, you can reach a Jefferson Anesthesia team member if you have an emergency, and you can access your MyChart electronic health record. You will also be able to receive push notifications when it is time for you to complete your survey. The feedback that you provide will be used to improve the service we provide to all our patients who receive regional anesthesia at Jefferson Health. We thank you in advance for your participation.
