The Business Success Model generally determines the thinking mechanism within an organization. Job evaluations based on the Business Success Model uses four-dimensional and 360 degree measurement methods to detail jobs, and facilitates a coherent link between an organization’s thinking and the various job roles within the organization. With dynamic strategic, tactical and operational thinking, jobs are created in organizations to perform these main responsibilities.

Thinkers:
They are in top management and they are inspired leaders in organizations who carry out the main roles in the organization and are often the establishes or founders who hold the responsibility for managing the organization’s culture and values as well as aspiring for the vision and to make it real. This vision can be realized by creating the appropriate environment for the organization to operate. The organization shall operate according to the pattern of thinking and conceptualization of Thinkers who have established the long term strategic goals.

Exchangers:
They are the personnel below of top management, and they are senior, middle and supervisory levels who believe in the vision of the leaders and of the organization; the stronger the faith they have, the better the performance that they deliver. They initiate the primary managerial tasks related to planning, organizing, leading and reviewing, and thus they facilitate fulfillment of the leaders’ vision by converting long term strategy to mid and short term goals and actions. They also collate factual data and relay information to the Thinkers who utilize the information to develop the right approaches to achieve the vision – and this is why personnel at this level are referred to as Exchangers and believers. Exchangers may be placed at different levels of the organizational hierarchy.

Achievers:
They are the front-line staff who perform the executive, operational and procedural tasks in line with the defined plans and targets. The difficulties of their duties vary according to the Repetitive Degree and complexity level, as most of jobs have clear steps and require little or no thought process in their execution. Daily repetition of work and transactions would lead to automatic and smooth performance without thinking in the method to be used, considering how simple and uncomplicated they are.
