Jobful is the first gamified recruitment platform in Romania. Candidates build their profiles by testing their skills and answering to challenges, while companies find easier and faster the candidates they need, without screening hundreds of unfit resumes, by using the elastic search.

Key features:


Academies - An Academy is just like an online assessment centre, that you can pass anytime and anywhere you feel inspired. An Academy has both a theoretical part (e.g. introducing you to the work-flow of a company) and a testing part. The purpose is to validate the specific skills needed for a specific job, within a company. Once you pass an Academy with a high score (over 80%), you get on the short-list of candidates for the hiring company. And you can be sure that you are actually a good fit for that job!


Challenges - Challenges are specific and they aim to identify skills through some actions such as case-study short analysis, questionnaires, hypothetical questions or image/video upload. There are less skills tested compared to an Academy, but very relevant for the hiring company.


Points - For some key-actions you will receive points that you can “spend” on items listed in the Shop area. The more points you collect, the higher your level is and you get access to new features. You can check your points and level on your Profile.


Badges - For some key-actions you will get badges. Their purpose is to identify some behavioural traits that you can brag about. You can check out your badge collection on your Profile.
Jobs - Guess what you’ll find in the “Jobs” section?! Correct: all the vacancies that you can directly apply to (with a complete profile, of course).
