In addition to our popular indoor cycling program, which includes classes like Cycle, Tabata, and CycleLIVE, we offer our variety of strengthening, lengthening and resistance classes to meet all of your fitness needs. These fall under the JoyX brand and include: Strength, Barre, Sculpt, Pilates, High-Intensity Interval Training, and BOSU®. It’s One-Stop-JOY.
