Juki is a lease and loan financial calculator.

Solar uses the same calculation engine as Juki so you know you will get exactly the same answers throughout the life of your contract.

Comparable - Produce the same answers as the other popular calculators. Juki calculates either with equal periods or exact days between cash flows. For equal periods Juki uses the same “stub days” approach as other well-known calculators where an interval between dates is not an exact number of months (or quarters, half-years or years). For exact days (and stub days) Juki uses either 365 or 360 days per year. Fix your standard parameters in Settings and know you will get compatibility with other calculators you might have used for each calculation Juki performs for you.

Fast - Calculations are instant and a cash flow report is available to check your drawdown, payment, residual value and commission structures. Every time you change data Juki automatically recalculates either the new payment, yield or net present value.

Flexible - Use any structure including stepped and seasonal payments with fixed as well as variable payments. If you cannot find a way to get Juki to perform the calculation you need then use the in-built Contact form to get help.

Global - Format your date and currency the way you want to see them (UK and USA date formats and currencies are standard).
