What is it about?

Jump In the Exercise Board Game turns working out into a game by matching you up against the evil computer in an exercise competition to see who can do the most reps. Your arena is a game board made up of upper body, lower body and core tiles which will decide the exercise you do on your turn. When the game begins you will have 30 seconds to complete as many reps of the exercise that pops up. You will get 10 seconds of rest and that's when the computer does its turn. The cycle will repeat like this until 10 minutes is over.

App Store Description

Jump In the Exercise Board Game turns working out into a game by matching you up against the evil computer in an exercise competition to see who can do the most reps. Your arena is a game board made up of upper body, lower body and core tiles which will decide the exercise you do on your turn. When the game begins you will have 30 seconds to complete as many reps of the exercise that pops up. You will get 10 seconds of rest and that's when the computer does its turn. The cycle will repeat like this until 10 minutes is over.

Every rep you do is a point and we are tracking those reps using the proximity sensor technology in your phone. Say you land on an upper body tile and get pushups. You will get in the pushup position with your chest over the phone. Do a pushup and once you are low enough the sensor will register a rep. You can also touch the screen with a nose or one finger, but we recommend using the proximity sensor because we've found it faster.

Other things you should know is if you need a break, to quit the game, or mute the sound you can swipe up on the screen and the game will pause. If you need a modified version of the exercise you can swipe left on the workout popup and read a description for an adjustment. An example would be keeping your feet on the ground during Russian twist.
