Jungly Trails

Picture a land filled with thick trees, plants with dense tangles of vegetation. Explorers are on a path to discover the mystery of the jungle and uncover its secrets. The explorers go on a path to discover everything nature has to offer such as animals and plants. Throughout the journey, the explorers begin to realize that the jungle is not what it seems. The animals, trees, and plants are smarter than they seem, only allowing the explorers to pass if they solve their questions.

Jungly Trails is mobile educational interactive game directed towards children ages four and above. The game is available now only English but, in the future, will be bilingual (Arabic and English). In this game, children will learn about the world around them while also having fun. The basic outline of how the game works is through a side scrolling game with levels that the player must go through in order to move on to the next stage of the game. The player will encounter many different animals and objects from the world around them. They can click on them and complete the task provided to complete the level. For example, if the player stumbles upon a snake that glows, they can click on the object and a task will appear. The task for that specific situation would be spell the animal’s name or win obstacles. Jungly Trails will follow a stage leveling system and children will be encouraged to level up and reach boss stages. Furthermore, there are also math, science, and English questions to challenge them further and increase their knowledge of the world around them hopefully in future versions of the game. As for now I will focus more on the game mechanics and players progress from one level to another.
