JUST A CHAT FC
Learn more about our ever growing Mens Mental Health Football Team. With over 60 members we play all over Northen Ireland to raise awareness of our charity and build community relations. We use sport as a gateway to improved mental and physical health with regular activities for our members to get involved in. No stress, No Pressure, Just fun!

WOMENS WELLNESS
Our womens wellness group offers women a safe place to meet and discuss everyday issues and boost confidence and wellbeing. Our group also enjoy regular workshops, activities and excursions in order to promote positive mental health.

COMMUNITY
We try to be a visual presence in the community to promote our charity and the services we offer. We regularly host events for our community and for all to get involved in from Fun days to Football Tournaments and everything in between.

WORKSHOPS
We can provide custom tailored workshops for any group around key areas such as mental health, confidence and resilliance. These workshops are fun filled and interactive and always focus on education through fun.
