Customers can track their rides and share their eta. There is an S.O.S button that immediately connects you to 911 or your contact person. A special 4-digit OTP identification number is provided to help identify the correct driver to the rider. These features ensure drivers and passengers reach their destination, safe and sound, which is why our mobile app does not allow anyone who could potentially be a threat to have access to our customers and to our partners.
