Just Peace

The app will take you on an interactive tour of international bodies and historic sites in The Hague’s International Zone. Find out how these international organizations are working to achieve world peace and see what goes on inside their offices. The app will take you to places like the world-famous Peace Palace, the OPCW (winner of the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize) and the World Forum, where Obama, Ban Ki Moon and other world leaders met last March to discuss nuclear security. As you go, you can put yourself in the shoes of famous peacemakers like Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela and Gandhi.

The app is a Museon initiative and the tour starts and ends at Museon, a Museum for Culture and Science. The app was inspired by the "Smart City" concept of using new media to give both residents and visitors access to information about local areas.
