Kaia Back Pain is available on prescription for a holistic treatment of your pain! The costs of our therapy are covered by all statutory health insurances and many private health insurances.

Kaia is a digital health application (DiGA) and a certified medical device, developed in collaboration with pain experts, doctors, and physiotherapists.

▶ Medical purpose

Kaia Back Pain is intended for multidisciplinary rehabilitation of non-specific back pain (M54.-) that has persisted for longer than 4 weeks and for multidisciplinary rehabilitation following previous episodes of non-specific back pain.

▶ Please note:

Its use does not replace a medical diagnosis and should only be used by patients who have been diagnosed with non-specific back pain. Kaia Back Pain is used independently by the patients. However, the doctor treating you should check whether there are specific causes for the back pain or whether there are other contraindications to its use. Your doctor should be informed about the development of the back pain as it progresses. With the consent of the patient, data can be exported from the app, for example the pain diary, and support an objective assessment of the course of the disease.
