Using the Kairos Leadership you can have short coaching discussions with the in app AI. The user interface is chat powered – follow the discussion and choose your development path.

Short sessions help you find the time for your personal and organisational development. Be as efficient and extensive as you want - you’re in control. Concentrate on a specific issue or juggle between various tasks. The learning process continues in the real world as you interact with people in you lead position.

The discussion flow of the app is based on wide range of leadership topics. You get to choose from different topics in each session. All the tasks you have accepted will remain in the inbuilt to do list and you can check tasks accomplished as you proceed - or bring important tasks back to the active state. And if you’re interrupted, the discussion will wait for you.
