No problem! Whatever’s broken or needs attention, get it sorted via
the app. Send a request 24/7 and you’ll get an email, text or voice message to let you where things
are at. Not at home? You can grant the maintenance teams permission to enter.

Don’t worry about deliveries
We can accept packages and parcels on your behalf, and will let you know when things have arrived by email, text or voicemail (just tell us which you’d prefer).
