Located in Keilor Park, KAOS fitness an recovery's primary focus is on helping athletes train and recover faster. 

Our athlete’s performance centre had a dedicated strength and conditioning space designed by our very own Karl Di Falco who is an Australian power lifting champion.

Our recovery facilities located on mezzanine floor will offer Normatec compression therapy, along with Hot/ Cold contrast and infrared Sauna therapy.

We have also created a space for relaxation and rest giving our customers the ultimate space to train, recover and recoup.

We also provide sports therapy and IV drips. providing health and fitness services like below:1. Normal Text Compression.2.Hot and Cold Plunge Pools3. IV Drips4. Dry Needling and Cupping.5. Recovery Room6. Relaxation Room
